A Lover’s Journey is a collection of photographs of typewritten poems set upon nature’s landscapes and textures. Written at different times and places over the last 7 years, this collection is organized into a narrative that depicts the journey of the heart as it explores, breaks, mends, and expands. There is jubilation, pain, despair, devotion, and ecstatic love in this story of soul exploration. This project is extremely special to me as it shares highly personal and intimate details of raw emotion and transformation. Each poem stands alone, and is also part of the greater story. I write with the faith that what is personal can also be universally felt through virtue of our shared humanity. It is my view that the greatest adventures of our lives can be the journey we take toward and for Love.
